Evaluating Claims

All consultations are conducted in our office and last approximately 45 minutes. We encourage you to bring all relevant documents, including medical records, notices from the Social Security Administration, a list of your treating physicians' names and addresses, a list of hospitals that you have been treated with the addresses for each and a list of medications with dosages for our review. At the consultation we will review your documents and evaluate the merits of your claim.

If you are interested in talking to us about your disability claim, but reside out of town or are unable to come to our offices, we offer telephone consultations and much of the necessary paperwork can be completed through the mail for your convenience.
